BCLP advises Sensera Systems on equity investment
Sep 05, 2023International law firm BCLP advised Sensera Systems, Inc. on a Series A equity investment. Sensera Systems is the market leader in affordable, easy-to-deploy solar/cellular cameras and real-time jobsite intelligence software. The round was led by Egis Capital Partners and MUUS Asset Management. The capital will support Sensera’s rapid growth in remote jobsite intelligence with expanded capabilities, more system integrations, and deeper market penetration.
The BCLP team included Corporate Transactions Partner Brendan Johnson, Associates Garrett McDowell and Scott Franc, and Paralegal Anne Giacomini.
