Biography
Heba Qazi is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions department where she advises public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions. She also has experience working with companies on corporate governance and formation matters.
Heba received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis where she was staff editor for the Washington University Law Review and on the Honor Council. During law school, she served as Vice President for the Women’s Law Caucus, President of the South Asian Law Student Association, and Vice Chair of Finance of the National Muslim Law Students Association. Heba participated as a teaching fellow for the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project at a St. Louis public high school and the Entrepreneurship Clinic where she provided legal assistance to local entrepreneurs on a wide range of issues.
