Helen is widely experienced in promoting and opposing a variety of types of legislation including Hybrid and Private Bills, Transport and Works Act Orders, harbour revision orders and development consent orders.

Her experience includes major rail, bridge, road, river diversion, harbour and other infrastructure projects. She has particular experience in drafting legislation, and in parliamentary and statutory procedures.

Helen has more than 25 years’ experience as a Roll A Parliamentary Agent and solicitor.
