Jack is a highly accomplished Senior Associate in BCLP's contentious construction team, based in the UAE. Over the previous eight years in the region, he has earned a stellar reputation for the robust and commercial advice he provides clients. Jack has managed arbitrations commenced in all the major arbitral institutions in the region, and provides clients with both long-term strategic guidance and effective representation to resolve complex construction disputes. 

While his practice focuses on high-value arbitral disputes, he has also successfully handled high-value litigation cases in the Dubai Courts and the English Commercial Court, as well as advising clients through mediation. His broad experience allows him to provide comprehensive legal solutions from inception to completion of a project, always tailored to his clients' objectives. In the UAE and KSA, Jack has advised clients across various sectors, including off-shore energy projects, commercial and residential projects, hotel-related matters, and one-off ‘prestige’ projects.

As a reflection of his excellent market reputation, Jack was recently appointed as an arbitrator in UAE-seated arbitration.
