Biography

Jonathan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Finance Transactions group. He advises clients on a wide range of cross-border and domestic banking and finance transactions, including structured, real estate, fund, and general corporate finance, regulatory and transactional matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan also worked both offshore and in-house, where he regularly advised on a diverse array of corporate, finance, regulatory and commercial matters.

Jonathan received his graduate diploma in law and MA (LPC with Business) from BPP University, and holds a BA in History and Ancient History from Cardiff University.
