Cindy Kaneko is a member of BCLP’s Business & Commercial Disputes Practice Group. Her practice focuses on commercial disputes and franchise litigation in both state and federal courts. Cindy has represented clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides in high-stakes and complex commercial litigation, including franchise litigation, business litigation, and consumer class actions. 

Among other matters on which she is working, Cindy currently is the lead associate on a team responding to an investigation by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office into the advertising practices of one of the world’s leading hotel brands.

In addition to her legal practice, Cindy also serves on BCLP’s Women’s Board and is the co-chair of the Santa Monica office’s Inclusion & Diversity committee. She is also conversational in Japanese.
