Biography
Matt Jessee was a founding member of Bryan Cave Strategies and focuses his practice in the area of government policy, analyzing complex legislative and regulatory issues, formulating strategies for government and public relations on a range of matters including tax, trade, financial services, energy and healthcare issues.
Mr. Jessee's primary experience is in federal legislative policy and procedure, having served as both Legislative Assistant and Leadership Assistant to former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA). Following his service in the House of Representatives, Mr. Jessee served on the finance staff of the Bush-Cheney '04 campaign. He splits his time between the Washington and St. Louis offices.
