Rob has a broad practice across all areas of real estate disputes and regularly advises clients on a wide range of asset management and development issues. He has experience in 1954 act lease renewal proceedings and advising on vacant possession strategy, break notices, dilapidations, restrictive covenants and easements. Rob also advises on specialised areas of property litigation such as rights of light, telecoms and business rates.

Rob has experience in managing cases in the High Court, County Court and the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in relation to complex joint venture disputes, service charge arrears and HMO licencing.

Rob is a member of the of the Property Litigation Association.
