Biography

Sam is a corporate lawyer with experience advising leading corporates and private equity funds on a wide range of private and public cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, IPOs and secondary fundraisings as well as listing rules compliance. He works across a wide range of sectors but has particularly strong experience in the financial services and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining BCLP in London, Sam was trained and based in the Hong Kong offices of two “Magic Circle” firms.
