Biography

Sunita has extensive experience in advising on the acquisition, development and financing of complex real estate assets. This includes the development and financing of mixed use schemes and regeneration projects, involving compulsory purchase, forward sales and forward funding.

Sunita is also experienced in dealing with joint ventures and sale and leasebacks of high yielding real estate assets. 

Sunita has played a key role as part of a multidisciplinary team, to implement Tesco Plc’s £7 billion funding programme of sale and leasebacks, joint ventures and CMBS transactions. Sunita led the real estate aspects of each of Tesco Plc’s six CMBS transactions, together worth approximately £3.6 billion.

Sunita has previously been seconded to a major client to oversee its real estate acquisition programme in Central and Eastern Europe.
