Taylor is an associate in the firm’s M&A and Corporate Finance Transactions group where she represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate transactions. Taylor has had experience in both the litigation and regulatory fields and has worked in a variety of sectors including labor law, insurance, personal injury, family law, and traffic law.

Taylor received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis where she was an editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy and a member of OUTLaw.
