Biography
Taylor Todd is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Transactions group. She represents companies in corporate transactions and general corporate matters.
She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Stephen Bough of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Honorable Gary Witt of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. While attending the University of Missouri School of Law, Taylor worked as a research assistant and contributed to the latest edition of "Federal Law of Employment Discrimination in a Nutshell."
Prior to pursuing a legal career, Taylor was a senior editor at Influence & Co., where she developed thought leadership content for clients in industries including healthcare, finance and technology. Her clients’ work appeared in publications like Forbes, Harvard Business Review, and CNBC Make It.
