Biography
Kyle Hirsch litigates business disputes, with a strong focus representing financial institutions and non-traditional lenders in connection with loans secured by real estate and operating business assets. Mr. Hirsch’s practice spans state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in Arizona and Texas, plus California and Nevada on a pro hac vice basis. He has litigated matters across numerous disciplines including hotels, multifamily housing, commercial and residential development, retail, healthcare, energy, construction, manufacturing, and distribution. Mr. Hirsch is also passionate about expanding Arizona solar development projects designed to harness the state’s most abundant natural resource.
As a compliment to Mr. Hirsch’s work on behalf of the firm’s clients, he applies his Spanish language fluency to provide pro bono legal assistance to deserving members of the Phoenix community, garnering significant recognition including being named as one of the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona for 2007 by The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education, the Children’s Law Center Attorney of the Year for 2009 by the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project, and the February 2017 Attorney of the Month by Community Legal Services. Mr. Hirsch is the Phoenix office pro bono coordinator and is a past chair and present member of the Phoenix office’s charitable group, Cavers Who Care.
