Biography

Tonio Sadoni’s practice encompasses corporate/private M&A, joint ventures and other corporate or private equity transactions. He advises in all aspects of German corporate matters and general commercial law, in particular with respect to complex international transactions, corporate restructurings as well as company formations. Mr. Sadoni has represented clients in a number of different industries, with a particular focus on the life sciences/healthcare sector, nutrition and hotel industry.

For his work in the field of corporate law, Tonio Sadoni was included in the 2021 edition of “Best Lawyers in Germany” by Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers.
