Anderson, Culliford Author Article on Global Merger Control for ‘Competition Law Policy & Debate’
Apr 23, 2020Brussels-based Partner Dave Anderson and Senior Associate Paul Culliford, who have been closely involved in the campaign to promote global merger regime convergence on behalf of clients, authored an article just published in the March edition of the law journal Competition Law Policy & Debate (CLPD) on current issues and trends in international merger control, as well as key challenges and solutions relevant to multijurisdictional merger investigations.
