Antitrust Team authored article in Legal 500: Competition Litigation Comparative Guide
Aug 14, 2023BCLP Antitrust Partners Ed Coulson and Lindsay Johnson, and Associate India Fahy authored an article published Aug. 10 in the new Legal 500: Competition Litigation comparative guide.
The article is a “hot topic” in the guide and considers the Creative Case Management by the UK’s specialist Competition Appeal Tribunal (‘CAT’), exploring whether there are lessons to be learned from looking across the Atlantic to the mature civil procedure regime for Multidistrict Litigation in the US.
The new Legal 500: Competition Litigation Comparative Guide will be promoted to users of the Legal 500 website, made up of Corporate Counsel, GC’s and Senior Executives, over the next 12 months.
