Associate Olivia Wint Named a Rising Star at the Women and Diversity in Law Awards 2026

BCLP is proud to announce that associate Olivia Wint has been awarded Rising Star – International Law Firm at the Women and Diversity in Law Awards 2026. Olivia is recognized for her role in shaping an inclusive and forward-looking legal profession, through her work with the Law Society and other organisations as well as supporting mentoring schemes and other diversity initiatives. The award also highlights her impact and contributions to cross-border data privacy work and exceptional professional achievements.  

In addition to this win, Olivia was shortlisted for Diversity Champion of the Year – Private Practice Lawyer.

An associate in BCLP’s Data Privacy and Security group, Olivia advises on all aspects of data privacy compliance, with a particular focus on global compliance strategies including UK/EU GDPR, direct marketing obligations and cross border data transfers. She advises on breach/crisis management and reporting obligations in complex international data breaches, and works with clients of varying sizes from start-ups to multinationals across sectors such as healthcare, financial services, charities, and technology.

Previously, Olivia has been included in the 2024 England and Wales Pro Bono Recognition List for her pro bono legal support and is an Advisory Committee Member for the Law Society’s Ethnic Solicitors Network. She is also an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
