BCLP advised Cheyne Capital on the £92.3 million development financing of The BeCa residential scheme in Southwark, London.
Feb 20, 2026International law firm BCLP has advised Cheyne Capital on its development financing to a joint venture between Avanton Capital and Housing Growth Partnership (a subsidiary of Lloyds Bank Plc) to finance the development of The BeCa.
Located on the Old Kent Road, The BeCa will include a concierge, co-working space, private fitness suite and communal roof terraces, all positioned above ground-floor commercial spaces as part of the regeneration of the Ruby Triangle on the Old Kent Road.
