BCLP advised Five Arrows Principal Investments on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of EDH Group
Jul 12, 2022The Paris office of BCLP advised Five Arrows Principal Investments on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of EDH Group. EDH's minority shareholders Quilvest Capital Partners and IK Partners entered into an exclusive agreement to sell their shares to Five Arrows Principal Investments, the private equity arm of investment bank Rothschild & Co.
EDH Group comprises eight public schools in communication, marketing, cultural management, interior design and film.
The team consisted of Partner Laurent Schittenhelm, Counsels Suzy Lasry and Chloé Strasser, and lawyers Maxime Rouah, and Martin Delcamp.
