BCLP advised on a luxury hotel deal in Saint Tropez

BCLP Paris assisted Financière Sidoroff in the sale of 100% of the shares of the company owning the hotel La Bastide de Saint Tropez. This 5-star hotel operated under the Relais & Châteaux banner has been acquired by the Hôtel PAR Collection group. It was founded more than 30 years ago by Boris-Serge and Janine Sidoroff and is considered a landmark of Tropezian architecture. La Bastide de Saint Tropez has 26 rooms and suites.
