BCLP advises AREIT on its sale of Aurora Tower in TECOM, Dubai
May 08, 2025International law firm BCLP, has advised AREIT, a real estate investment company, on its sale to Sweid & Sweid of Aurora Tower, a commercial tower in TECOM, Dubai.
Aurora Tower is a mixed-used building featuring office space and retail outlets, which is strategically situated in Dubai’s Media City freezone, a prime location for media-related businesses.
This transaction reflects BCLP’s continued strength advising clients on a range of high value transactional real estate matters across the Middle East.
