BCLP advises Cresco Real Estate on leasing of Fifty Five Westend in Frankfurt

International law firm BCLP advised Cresco Real Estate on the lease of 6,900 square meters of office space at Fifty Five Westend in Frankfurt, Germany, to law firm FPS.

The prominently located office building at Eschersheimer Landstraße 55 is currently being renovated by Cresco Real Estate to combine the highest standards of technology and sustainability with elegant design. After the renovation, Fifty Five Westend will feature an inviting entrance, contemporary sustainability standards and a strong digital infrastructure, among other amenities. The space for FPS will offer break-out and lounge areas. In addition, FPS will be able to make use of a roof terrace and a garden area in the inner courtyard.

BCLP’s Dr. Kirsten Wöhrn advised Cresco Real Estate on the lease to FPS.
