BCLP advises Eki Metrics SAS on financing for Actable acquisition
Feb 13, 2026International law firm BCLP advised Eki Metrics SAS on the financing of its acquisition of Actable, a US company specializing in AI‑powered customer analytics.
The acquisition marks an important step in Ekimetrics’ strategy to accelerate growth in North America, deepen its portfolio of specialized AI use cases, and expand its network of strategic partnerships.
The BCLP team was led by Partner Olivier Borenstejn and Associate Fabien Lambert on financing matters, with Partner Frédéric Jungels and Senior Associate Armelle Royer advising on the corporate aspects.
