BCLP advises Global Gate Capital on sale of Munich office building to Sonar Real Estate

International law firm BCLP has advised the international investment manager Global Gate Capital (GGC) on the sale of a high-quality office property in Munich. The buyer is Sonar Real Estate in a joint venture with a global institutional investor.

The modern office building, consisting of three sections built between 2001 and 2004, is in Zielstattstrasse in the city’s Obersendling district. The building  has a total square meterage of approximately 21,000, and it is located on a plot of land measuring approximately 7,900 square meters, with 258 parking spaces The property is currently 90-per cent let, with Japanese pharmaceutical company Daiichi Sankyo as the anchor tenant. It has excellent connections to the public transport network.

The BCLP team, led by Dr. Norbert Impelmann, Jennifer Lange and Johannes Wolff, advised on the transaction.
