BCLP advises In-Situ on its sale to Veralto

International law firm BCLP has advised In-Situ on its entry into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Veralto, a global leader in essential water and product quality solutions in a transaction valued at approximately $435 million, subject to customary closing adjustments.  

In-Situ is a global leader in environmental water measurement and monitoring solutions with a leading portfolio of water quality sondes, water quality sensors and data management solutions that help customers monitor and measure the quality or quantity of surface and groundwater.

The BCLP team advising In-Situ is led by Denver office managing partner Sean Odendahl and New York corporate partner Sarah Kaehler.
