BCLP advises lenders on financing of over €100 million granted to Enoé
Mar 03, 2026International Law firm BCLP advised the banking syndicate, including Caisse d’Epargne Île-de-France and Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, which acted as arrangers for this financing transaction.
A French renewable energy producer, Enoé, has announced the completion of a financing operation worth over €100 million to support the construction of 71.3 MWp of new photovoltaic projects in France over the period 2026–2027. Co-arranged by Caisse d'Epargne Île-de-France (CEIDF) and Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, with Banque Palatine also acting as lender, the transaction strengthens Enoé's ability to structure and secure Holdco financing, designed to support a diversified portfolio of projects.
The financing will enable the launch of construction of a total portfolio of 71.3 MW and 357 projects, consisting mainly of rooftop photovoltaic power plants (small and medium capacity) and supplemented by the Lesperon ground-mounted power plant (Landes), located on a former sand quarry. The portfolio of approximately 82 GWh/year will benefit 18,000 households, saving 4,250 tons of CO2 and securing tariffs (S21 / AO CRE), providing visibility on revenues and contributing to the economic stability of the portfolio.
The BCLP team included Partner David Blondel, Counsel, Charles Sechao, and Associate Fabien Lambert, on the financing aspects.
