BCLP advises Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, NRW.BANK and TechVision on Series Seed investment in AI startup octonomy AI
Nov 19, 2025International law firm BCLP advised Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, NRW.BANK and TechVision Fund on $20 million Series Seed financing round of Cologne-based AI startup octonomy AI. The investment round was led by Macquarie Capital and completed in October 2025. Early-stage investor Capnamic Ventures also participated again.
Founded in 2024, octonomy AI develops intelligent software solutions to automate complex business processes. With this Series Seed financing round — the first involving institutional investors — the company secured capital for international expansion, including new offices in the U.S. and India. Previously, octonomy AI successfully completed two Pre-Seed rounds, raising a total of EUR 6 million.
