BCLP advises Reply on its expansion with Wemanity

BCLP advised Reply on the integration of Wemanity group, who is joining Reply’s network of companies.

The investment in Wemanity, leader in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Morocco in Agile and Digital transformations, is part of Reply’s international growth strategy and will enable it to acquire new skills and critical mass in France and the Benelux.

On its side, Wemanity will benefit from the expertise and experience of the Reply network in the field of innovation.
