The Collinson Group is a global leader in customer experiences, loyalty, and travel insurance. Through its Priority Pass program, The Collinson Group provides access to over 1,700 airport lounges worldwide and supports brands in delivering differentiated services to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Finshape, a Hungary-based entity in the portfolio investment fund PortfoLion, is a digital banking technology company that helps financial institutions accelerate their digital transformation. With over 30 years of experience, it offers a modular, cloud-based platform — Digital Bank OS — enabling banks to build, customize, and evolve their digital services.

The transaction was structured as a carve-out and involved international coordination, with assets located in France, India and Singapore.
