BCLP advises Trailstone on acquisition of leading renewable energy forecaster Meteo*Swift
Oct 28, 2022BCLP advised Trailstone, a global energy and technology company, on the acquisition of Meteo*Swift, one of the leading French renewable energy forecasting companies.
BCLP’s team was led by Partner Frédéric Jungels and comprised Senior Associate Paul Ast and Legal Clerk Eloise Loiseau-Berthelot on the corporate/M&A aspects; Partners Claire Fougea and Marion Brière Ségala with Associate Maryne Bontour on the employment law aspects; Counsel Pierre-Emmanuel Frogé on the intellectual property and data protection aspects; and Partner Christine Daric and Senior Associate Thomas Poiret on the tax aspects.
