BCLP’s Paris Antitrust & Competition Team advises Altice France, the second-largest telecom provider in France, on the antirust aspects of the acquisition of Coriolis Telecom. Coriolis is one of the leading independent French telecom groups, offering mobile and fixed-line services to more than 500,000 customers and 30,000 businesses. The €415 million euro acquisition is subject to the authorization of the French Competition Authority and is expected to complete in the first half of 2022.

The Antitrust & Competition Team in Paris includes Partner Julie Catala Marty, Counsel Rémi Beydon and Associate Antonin Pitras. Altice is a key client of the Antitrust Group and of the wider team in Paris. BCLP has advised Altice on a variety of acquisitions and litigation matters over the past 15 years, including one of the most important industrial telecoms deals in France.
