The BCLP Paris Antitrust and Competition Team, comprising Partner Julie Catala Marty and Counsel Rémi Beydon, recently advised XP Fibre on the antitrust aspects of the sale to Altitude Group of 26 public and private fibre networks. The French Competition Authority cleared the deal on Sept. 9.

The sale was concluded following the European Commission’s decision on the acquisition of Covage by XP Fibre, cleared on Nov. 27, 2020, subject to the divestment of 26 networks to a third party.
