BCLP Appoints Global Senior Partner

International law firm BCLP announced today the appointment of Segun Osuntokun as Global Senior Partner. The role is designed to complement and support BCLP’s new Global CEO, Steve Baumer, with both roles effective Jan. 1.

As announced in July, this is part of a planned transition for BCLP from firmwide co-chairs to a single leadership structure in 2024 per its partnership agreement.

Segun Osuntokun, currently the UK Managing Partner, brings three decades of experience into this newly created role, which span a number of leadership positions at the firm. He also heads BCLP’s Civil Fraud Litigation Practice and BCLP’s Africa Group, where he is ranked by Chambers as a leading litigator and has been named for four consecutive years to the UK Powerlist, which recognizes and celebrates Britain’s most influential Black people.
