BCLP assists Roadchef to appoint Phosters as UK-wide facilities manager

BCLP assists Roadchef on its appointment of Phosters as new facilities manager of Roadchef's entire UK-wide estate of roadside service stations.
With an estate of 30 roadside service stations across England, Scotland and Wales, BCLP client Roadchef has appointed Phosters as its new facilities management provider.
Over a contract term of 3 years, Phosters will take on overall management of facilities and assets at all Roadchef’s UK sites by providing services including planned and reactive maintenance, as well as compliance management and innovative solutions designed to enhance the overall experience for travellers.
The BCLP team was led by Jonny Morris (Corporate Transactions, London) and Guy Swillingham (Technology, Commercial and Government Affairs, London).
