BCLP expands Corporate practice in London with new partner hire

BCLP announced today that Sian Williams has joined the Corporate Transaction practice in London as a Partner.

Bringing more than 15 years of experience, Sian advises clients on high‑value and complex cross‑border corporate transactions and is widely recognized for her ability to guide clients through transformative deals, offering commercially grounded advice across the full corporate lifecycle.

Sian has acted for corporates, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, investee companies and founders on a broad range of strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, joint ventures and other significant corporate initiatives. Her practice spans multiple industries, with particular focus in the energy, oil and gas, technology, real estate and life sciences sectors. She joins BCLP from Baker Botts.

Sian is the second partner to join the Corporate and Finance Transactions Department in London over the past month, following Jérémie Bismuth who joined the Finance Transactions practice.
