BCLP expands real estate offering with London partner hire

International law firm BCLP announces today that Claibourne Harrison will join the Real Estate team as a partner in London from Monday, 9 March. 

Clai's practice focuses on real estate private equity, venture capital and growth investment transactions. He represents private equity and investment firms, corporates and other institutional investors across the UK, Europe and the United States on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, majority‑control or minority investments, divestitures, carve‑outs and loan portfolio acquisitions. Dual‑qualified in England & Wales as well as in Texas, Clai regularly advises on complex, cross‑border transactions at the intersection of private equity and real estate. He joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he was a partner.
