BCLP expands Tax practice with strategic lateral hire

International law firm BCLP announces today that David Klass will join the London office as a partner in Tax Advice and Controversy practice.

David maintains a broad tax practice, covering corporate and commercial transactions, debt financing, restructurings and reorganizations, and tax advisory work. He has deep experience advising across a wide range of transactions, including corporate matters (M&A, private equity, venture capital and capital markets), banking and finance, fund structuring and general commercial contracts.

He began his legal career at Slaughter and May and has since held partnership roles at top international law firms, most recently at Hill Dickinson.

David’s arrival follows partner Simon Letherman joining the Tax practice group. Their recent addition to the team highlights BCLP’s sustained momentum in strengthening its Tax and Controversy practice by attracting top-tier talent.
