BCLP hosts trans & non-binary workshop focused on employees and clients
Jan 24, 2023BCLP hosted a firmwide trans and non-binary workshop presented by Global Butterflies, a training and consulting solutions organization that specializes in helping businesses become more trans and non-binary inclusive. The workshop defined terms, provided insight into the lived experience of trans and non-binary colleagues, discussed what it means to transition in the workplace and tasked each individual with the goal of being a more effective ally.
