BCLP in Paris Advises M-Loisirs in Sale of Vitam
Nov 05, 2020Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) advised M-Loisirs, a subsidiary of Migros France, on the legal structuring and sale of the business of the Vitam leisure center located in Neydens in Haute-Savoie to UCPA Vitam, a subsidiary of the UCPA group of associations.
Vitam is a leisure and wellness center located between Lake Geneva, Lake Annecy and Mont Blanc. It was created in 2009 by the Migros Group, whose subsidiary M-Loisirs was the operator until its sale.
The BCLP real estate team for this transaction included Partner Pierre Popesco, Counsel Chloé Strasser and Associate Apolline Coly.
