A team in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s (BCLP) Paris office recently advised Sogelym Dixence, a leading French player in the commercial real estate sector, on the sale of the 20,000-square-meter office complex known as Le New Age building.

Real estate asset management company Unofi-Gestion d'Actifs purchased the property. Located at the southern entrance to the Part-Dieu business district, this large-scale development involves the complete rehabilitation of the existing building complex and the extension of the site. Plans aim to preserve the architecture of the existing building while creating additional areas and upgraded services.

Construction should be completed in spring 2023. Financial terms of the sale remain confidential.

BCLP’s team for this transaction included Partner Henry Ranchon and Counsel Edouard Alcouffe for real estate-related matters, with Partner Christine Daric handling tax matters.
