BCLP Paris Assists UBS Immobilier with Acquisition Financing
Jan 28, 2021A Paris-based team from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) assisted UBS Immobilier (France) with financing from Bayern LB (Bayerische Landesbank) and the acquisition of the Union Square office building, located in Rueil-Malmaison in the Hauts-de-Seine region.
Union Square is a 7,977-square-meter office complex comprising a ground floor, seven floors and two basements. The building is Breeam In Use certified and includes 182 parking spaces and 750 square meters of private gardens as well as a restaurant and café reserved for tenants.
The BCLP team advising UBS Immobilier (France) consisted of Partner Pierre Popesco, Counsel Michel Koutsomanis and Associate Apolline Coly.
