BCLP Paris Real Estate Team featured in 2022 Leaders League Rankings

BCLP’s Paris-based Real Estate Team is showcased in the 2022 Leaders League Rankings, a French reference work for business law professionals. The team is highlighted in four areas:

BCLP has experienced tremendous growth in the Paris office within the past year, including expansion of the real estate practice to meet the growing demands of French and international clients. This included the arrival earlier in September of new Partner Anne Richier, known for her knowledge of urban planning and development law, as a member of the firm's Paris Real Estate & Construction Practice. She will be supported by Senior Lawyer Iris Pariset-Hauret.

Anne joins the Real Estate Team led by Henry Ranchon, Pierre Popesco and Laurent Schittenhelm. This team is supported by the skills of other partners in financing (David Blondel), tax (Christine Daric and Olivier Mesmin), environment and renewable energies (Jean-Pierre Delvigne and David Blondel), and corporate (Frédéric Jungels). Combined with other junior lawyers, they form a multidisciplinary group of more than 30 lawyers dedicated to the legal and tax issues of the real estate industry.
