BCLP Partner Featured in Multiple Outlets on Leaked Supreme Court Draft

BCLP Partner Barbara Smith has been featured in multiple media outlets discussing the leak of the Supreme Court’s draft opinion in the Dobbs case which, if it holds, would overturn the Court’s prior decisions in Roe and Casey.  She was interviewed on May 3 on KMOV-TV in St. Louis, quoted on May 3 by CNN and interviewed May 4 on KMOX radio in St. Louis.

Barbara is co-chair of the Appellate & Supreme Court Group at BCLP. She is also an adjunct law professor at Washington University. Before joining BCLP, she served as a law clerk to Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. on the United States Supreme Court and Judge Thomas B. Griffith on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
