BCLP Partner Interviewed on 'Lex Inside'
Jun 17, 2022BCLP Partner Julie Catala Marty was interviewed on Lex Inside, a show presented by Arnaud Dumourier on Décideurs TV, to comment on the new vertical agreement block exemption règlement published by the European Commission. This regulation, which is essential in competition law because it concerns all vertical agreements, had not changed since its adoption in 2010. "We had to take into account the evolution of the decision-making practice and case law since 2010. A rich body of case law had to be integrated. We also had to take into account changes in the market, linked to the growth of e-commerce, online sales and the appearance of new players," said Julie.
