In this role Jonathan will enhance BCLP’s capabilities and client experience in this ever-evolving industry— constantly shaped by technological advances, geopolitical dynamics, and regulatory challenges.

For the past twenty years Jonathan has been providing comprehensive counsel to public and private companies, private equity funds, financial institutions, and independent sponsors in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions, regulatory matters, and disputes in the Aerospace, Aviation & Defense industry.
