New York-based partner Phil Karmel will co-chair the Practising Law Institute’s full-day conference, Environmental Regulation in Practice 2026, in New York City on Wednesday, September 2nd.  He is also the presenter of the segment “Developments in Cooperative Federalism and Environmental Regulation” during this conference.

Phil has broad experience serving as litigation and regulatory counsel in environmental, land use, real estate and toxic tort matters. He is a frequent speaker and author on environmental and land use law.
