BCLP Partner Quoted in 'Décideurs Magazine' on Impact of Greenwashing
Jun 17, 2022BCLP Partner Élodie Valette was quoted on June 15 by Décideurs Magazine on greenwashing's impact on sustainable finance. Greenwashing has been included in the scope of misleading commercial practices by France, and at the end of May, the German justice system raided the offices of Deutsche Bank on the basis that the German bank would have increased the share of its ESG investments. Élodie explains the risks that companies face if they do not communicate properly on these issues. "Transparency in terms of sustainable finance must be the key word for the players in the financial industry."
