On May 24, 2022 the French Competition Authority (Autorité de la concurrence) published a framework document on competition compliance programs.

Julie Catala-Marty, Competition and Distribution partner at the Paris office, explained the consequences of this new framework document in a column for actuEL Direction Juridique published on July 4. "This new document, which is part of a wider range of resources made available by the Authority, reflects the importance that the Authority attaches to the educational and preventive dimension of its mission".
