BCLP ranked in UK Social Mobility Employer Index 2025

International law firm BCLP has ranked 28th in the 2025 UK Social Mobility Employer Index.

The index is an important benchmarking initiative where various organisations across the UK voluntarily submit and are ranked on the actions they are taking to support, attract and develop talent from less privileged backgrounds.

Accelerating social mobility is an important commitment for BCLP. This year, we have made notable efforts to increase social mobility including: continuing support of the PRIME initiative through our annual Career Kick Start work experience program for students from low-income backgrounds; providing London living wage for summer vacation students; and continued partnership with organisations such as SEO London and Aspiring Solicitors.
