BCLP sponsors the National Retail Federation’s California Retail Law Summit
26 - 28 October 2025This year’s National Retail Federation’s California Retail Law Summit takes place between Sunday October 26 and Tuesday October 28.
Summit sessions will feature policy and legal perspectives from experts in environmental sustainability, litigation trends, privacy and AI, cyber security and labor and employment.
BCLP Partners Goli Mahdavi and Daniel Rockey will be covering emerging trends in California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) litigation and defence including the growth of AI and the new risks that brings under state wiretapping laws.
